The Kairo standard solution: an affordable centralized Cloud service for data collection, analysis and presentation. This is a single optimized and subscription-based service for the collection, storage, analysis and presentation of production data. By assigning a username and password it is possible to immediately access your production data transmitted to the Cloud by the Kairo’s gateways without the need for additional hardware or software components. Production data can be accessed securely from any device connected to the internet using a web browser, anywhere in the world and at any time. The system is constantly updated by the development team, and it allows to monitor and profile the productivity, to manage scheduled preventive maintenance logics and to send automatic alerts by e-mail to a list of pre-configured users.

A basic software solution for local supervision of production processes: it allows the simple counting of work cycles, the measurement of cycle time, the management and monitoring of scheduled maintenance activities. The software can be installed on a physical computer in a local data network and no internet connection is required for operation. Datasets are saved locally into a database created automatically at the time of installation. The software is provided on request under a perpetual license upon signing of a confidentiality agreement and payment of a single license fee (perpetual license).

A lightweight, flexible and optimized system for the digitalization of production processes. This system communicates with most of the standard communication protocols adopted by industrial PLCs, allowing the detection of working times, set-up and pause times and allowing the collection and storage of all information coming from the field. The system makes it possible to calculate production efficiency (OEE) and allows access to the Industry 4.0 tax credit (depending on the specific regional regulation).

Kairo’s SmartSense solutions can be integrated into pre-existing MES or ERP eco-system through the development of dedicated data connectors. In this way it is possible to optimize the hardware and software infrastructure by getting the most out of the potential of the available IT system.
